TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to A&P Lawn Care and Property Services. By requesting, accepting, or paying for any services provided by us, you (the "Client") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
A&P Lawn Care and Property Services agrees to provide the property maintenance services as mutually agreed upon via written estimate, invoice, or digital communication. Services may include, but are not limited to, lawn mowing, trimming, edging, cleanup, and seasonal property maintenance.
2. Scheduling and Weather Delays
Service Days: While we strive to maintain a consistent weekly or bi-weekly schedule, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival time.
Inclement Weather: Lawn care is highly dependent on weather conditions. In the event of heavy rain, extreme heat, or other adverse weather conditions, services will be rescheduled for the next available operational day.
Holidays: Services scheduled on major holidays may be shifted to the day prior or the day following.
3. Property Access and Safety
Access: The Client must ensure that the property is accessible on the scheduled service day. Gates must be unlocked, and any combinations or keys required for entry must be provided in advance. If our team cannot access the property, a standard trip fee may apply.
Debris and Obstacles: The Client is responsible for clearing the lawn of all toys, tools, hoses, large rocks, and animal waste prior to our arrival. A&P Lawn Care and Property Services is not responsible for damage to items left on the lawn.
Pets: For the safety of your pets and our crew, all pets must be secured indoors or in a separate enclosed area during service. We will not enter yards where unsecured, aggressive, or protective animals are present.
4. Under-Ground and Property Hazards
Markings: The Client must inform A&P Lawn Care and Property Services of any shallow underground lines, invisible dog fences, cables, or private irrigation/sprinkler heads.
Liability: We are not responsible for damage to unmarked or improperly installed underground property or items hidden in tall grass (e.g., hidden stumps, toys, or exposed roots).
5. Payment, Fees, and Billing
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services or within the timeframe specified on the invoice.
Late Payments: Invoices unpaid after the designated due date may be subject to a late fee. Continuous non-payment will result in an immediate suspension of all scheduled services.
Declined Cards: If a credit card on file is declined, services will be paused until billing information is successfully updated.
6. Cancellation and Changes
Service Changes: The Client may cancel or skip a scheduled service by providing at least 24 hours' notice.
Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the day of service, or instances where our crew is turned away at the property, may incur a cancellation fee.
Termination: Either party may terminate a recurring service agreement at any time with written notice.
7. Satisfaction and Complaints
We take pride in our work. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our service, you must contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will gladly return to inspect the work and correct any valid issues at no additional charge.
8. Limitation of Liability
A&P Lawn Care and Property Services maintains commercial liability insurance. However, our liability for any property damage resulting from our negligence is strictly limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the specific damaged item. We are not liable for natural discoloration of turf, weed growth, or turf diseases beyond our operational control.
9. Changes to Terms
A&P Lawn Care and Property Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always apply to ongoing and future services.
